Caitlyn Snyder brings a strong background in operations, client service, and project coordination to the Financial Designs team. Known for her attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes, she supports both internal operations and client experience initiatives that help ensure a smooth and organized advisory process.
Prior to joining Financial Designs, Caitlyn served as a Venue Director, where she oversaw sales, client relationships, and event execution from initial inquiry through final delivery. In that role, she managed lead pipelines, contracts, vendor coordination, and team scheduling while helping drive increased bookings and brand visibility through strategic marketing and client engagement.
Earlier in her career, Caitlyn worked in healthcare, where she coordinated patient care, supported clinical teams, and helped implement operational systems that improved efficiency and communication across departments.
With experience spanning healthcare operations, marketing, and client services, Caitlyn brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to supporting both clients and the Financial Designs team.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, relaxing at the beach with nowhere to be, wine tasting and spending time with family and friends.
