Matthew's leadership experience is equally impressive, having served as a Lieutenant Colonel (P) and Deputy Chief of Staff for the US Army Central/Third US Army. He led a staff of 550 personnel under the command of a Three-Star General Officer, contributing to the Global War on Terror efforts in the Middle East. His roles included operational planning, execution, and senior staff positions, showcasing his ability to navigate complex environments with precision and dedication.
Matthew's educational background is marked by his commitment to personal and professional growth. He holds a Master of Military Art and Science Degree from the US Army Command & General Staff College in Fort Leavenworth, KS (2014). Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA, in 1992.
