Diane Garmey is responsible for delivering five-star service to the firm's group benefits clients. As she sees it, though, her job goes way beyond overseeing renewals, enrollments, and employee meetings. Diane believes that great service revolves around making sure that clients have their entire business in good order.

I'm known as The Organizer, says Diane. I've standardized procedures within our own firm, and over the years, I have also helped bring best practices to many of our clients operations. Prior to joining Financial Designs, Diane was a teacher. If you've been a teacher, you can do well in our line of work, says Diane. It takes organizational ability and the desire to work with and help people.

Diane resides in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is involved in Rotary, a cultural board, and her church. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cultivating orchids, and spending time with her grandchildren.
